In this time i'am standing here in front of you to delivery my speech about success,, one people and another people have different definition to success itself,, this evening i chosen one of the many of the meaning of success is success is a journey, not a destination,, success for me isn't a destination, it's a journey. Everybody working to get to the top, but where is the top? It's all about working harder, getting better, and moving up and up.(Rihanna),,,,, in a journey, the doing often more important than the outcome, not everyone can be number 1,, it's means that journey is a process to get the top,, all a journey have a secret destinations while the traveler is unaware,, i personal believe that there is a way, if there is a will,, they can because they think they can,,,,, some people dream of success while others people wake up and working harder at it,, success, success, and more success, don't we all want it? surely we do,, in my personal success is how we can motivate ourselves, to prof it that we can do our best,, success is the sum of small efforts. Repeated, day in and day out,, failure isn't fatal, because success isn't final,, it's the courage to continue that count,,
